He and the Republican party also share the same belief that it shouldn’t matter if a woman were raped or involved in incest; they insist that she should still carry the pregnancy to term. J.D. Vance and Donald Trump, like many other Republicans, support restricting women’s rights and autonomy, advocating for women to be under the control of men, even in abusive relationships. If Donald Trump and JD Vance were to assume power in the White House, women’s reproductive rights will be jeopardized; this is a concerning possibility for women. The prospect of Republicans gaining control of the White House means women will cease to be seen as individuals, instead being viewed as mere baby-producing machines, with their personal choices and autonomy disregarded. This could lead to a society where women’s rights are severely curtailed and their voices are silenced.
